FEATURES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

Prices per apartment, VAT included according to the current rate. In case of variation in the VAT rate, prices will be modified.

BOOKINGS

To confirm the reservation, you must deposit 25% of the total amount of the apartment into the bank account of Apartamentos L’Alqueria. The reservation will not be valid until this deposit is made. The remaining balance will be paid when collecting the keys and depositing the security deposit.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time: from 13:00.
Check-out time: until 11:00.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation fees for the reservation amount will be as follows:

  • 10% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date.
  • 50% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival date.
  • 100% of the total amount if cancellation occurs less than 7 days in advance.

Cancellations will only be valid when sent by e-mail.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN

Cribs can be provided for babies up to two years old, which will be free of charge.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE APARTMENTS

  • A deposit of 100 euros in cash must be paid upon arrival before occupying the apartment and returned upon departure after inspection of the apartment. This deposit will cover any damage or lack of cleaning by the client during their stay.
  • Keys will be handed over to the apartments before 10:00 p.m. If it is not possible to arrive before the indicated time, please call the mobile number 687 510 027 .
  • Any anomaly observed by the client must be reported to the company immediately, since no claims will be accepted once the stay has ended.
  • When renting apartments, the client is fully and exclusively responsible for declaring exactly the number of people who will occupy the apartment, including children of all ages. The apartment management may refuse entry to those persons not declared, without any right to claim on the part of the client.
  • The apartments are delivered clean and equipped with sheets, towels, dishes and glassware according to the number of beds.
  • On some occasions, if the client requests it, extra beds can be provided which are not included in the price.
  • Weekly change of bed sheets and bath towels is included. You can book a change of bed sheets and bath towels before the end of your stay for 5 euros per person, VAT included.
  • The cleaning of the apartment will be the responsibility of the client during their stay. The cleaning service can be contracted at a price of 12 euros/hour, VAT included.
  • Pets are allowed, but please notify in advance.
  • Noisy parties that disturb neighbors are prohibited.
  • We reserve the right of admission and the right to visit the apartment you occupy whenever it is deemed appropriate.
  • We recommend that you follow these rules to avoid problems that are difficult to solve.
